How do I place an order?

If customers can’t find it, it doesn’t exist. Clearly list and describe the services you offer. Also, be sure to showcase a premium service.

How do I check the status of the signing?

 In the platform, you will be able to check the status of the assignment, upload documents, shipping labels, and add any additional notes needed.  You will be notified when the signing is complete and review a scanned copy of the signed packet. 

Can I get Automated Updates?

The platform will automatically send you updates via email so that you are informed every step of the way.

Can I communicate with the assigned Notary?

Yes!  You can simply add a note in the system and the notary will receive the note in a text message.  Youc an also call them directly yourself.

What is the cost?

 The platform is free.  You will be sent an invoice once the signing is reviewed and completed on an agreed upon fee.
